Question

Arm that hooks to the swinging window is 4 1/2"

The arm from the screw plate to the swivel is 3 3/8"

We need a right one and a left one please

Thanks for posting! Your casement operator looks a lot like the 39-171 Truth Hardware Dyad operator. The opposite handed version is part 39-172 and it is compatible with the 39-114L non-folding crank handle. Look over the dimensions and design of the operator and compare it to your existing hardware to confirm if this is the right fit for you. Make note that the measurement for our link arm is 5".
