I need to replace the nesting crank on my casement bow window. The only marking I found was on the operator & its a Truth. I counted the splines(?)/notches/ridges (not sure what they are called). There are 12 on the base & 10 on the handle itself. The opening on the crank is 5/16" and the base is 5".
There are so many types & I'm not sure which one I need, or for that matter where to buy one. (I live in Levittown, NY). I don't know who installed the windows - they were here when I moved in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
