Thanks for writing in! Your awning window operator remind me of our 39-083 21-1/2" Dual Arm Crank. To determine if this is the correct replacement, carefully look over the diagram below. Carefully compare this measurement to your operator. Let me know if it is not a match.

We are close. The two metal arms are 25 inches when closed. The metal piece that attached to the bottom of the window is 13". Which item is that?

Thanks for confirming. Take a look at our 39-015, which has a 25-1/2" wingspan measurement. The difference of 1/2" should not make much difference in the function of the window. See what you think.
