The crank handle, and probably the whole crank mechanism, on one of my Andersen casement windows needs to be replaced, and I'm having trouble tracking down the parts. The numbers inside the plastic cover are: 1351442h WH and 1351444 ST. The two arms extending from the crank to the window are roughly 4 inches each (perhaps closer to 3 3/4). Can you identify the model and suggest a replacement? (The photos are from the crank on the right, but it's the mechanism on the left that's broken.)
Thanks!

Hello, thank you for posting,
Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-264 operator to see how it compares to your original. This operator is neutral and can work on both left and right handed windows. Note that if your window was manufactured between 1995 to 1998 you will need the 39-362 adapter plate.
For a new handle and cover, see the 39-267 and 39-152. Take a look and let me know if you have any additional questions!

Thanks! I think that will probably work.
