We'd be happy to look into this but we would like to see your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. This will help us identify your hardware, as well as thick handle and cover options would be compatible. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you may have an Ashland operator. If so, unfortunately, we do not carry handle and cover kits that would be compatible with your assembly. We do offer the 39-114L and 39-205 folding handles that attach to an 11/32" diameter operator spline. If your spline has the same diameter, one of our handles may work but we do not offer a compatible cover.
