Thanks for getting back to us. Your photos resemble the EntryGard 39-031 and 39-032 operators. The determining factor would be the length of the shorter link arm compared to the image below. Both parts are used with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit and the 39-505 track for the straight arm. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
