The gears are worn out and will not engage. Lookin go for this part so my handy man can replace the broken one for one of my tenants.

Thanks! Based on what I see here, my top recommendation is the 39-031. I think this may be what you want, but before you buy anything you should check the arm sizes below to ensure that they line up. As long as they do then I'm very confident this part will repair your window.
