Take a look at the 39-025 operator. I recommend looking to see how your operator link arm attaches to the linkage in your window. The 39-025 is attached to the awning window using a screw and threaded bushing. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.

That's pretty close if the attachment screw thr'd is 3/16".
I'm pretty sure I can use it.

Is the screw attachment arm 3/16" thr'd if so it's perfect ?

The attachment screw that the 39-025 operator uses is the 33-117 which is a 10-24 screw with a large "Truss head". The attachment screw is included with the operator.
