Hello there. This looks the operator body of a Pella mechanism. Pella has a few different operators that use this base. I need to see an undamaged version, with the arm that connects to the window sash still intact. Seeing the shape of that arm will help us narrow down what you need. Many thanks.
That's a huge help, thanks! See our 39-176. This is the full operator assembly including both the base and the arms, which are not meant to be separated. We also sell the 39-175 for the opposite side, as well as the 39-109B handle.
The cover you have is unfortunately discontinued and not something we can provide, but as long as the original is still in good condition then it can be reused.
