Window crank

Question

Looking to replace this crank as I believe it stripped. The hole that connects to the window is 3/8" in diameter. The arm with the hole that connects to the window is 3" long. The two screw holes on the bottom are 1 3/8" apart center to center. The top screw hole to the bottom is about  5 3/16" center to center. Part number on inside is 11500-3.
