Window crank

Looking to get these replacement pieces for a casement window. Top and bottom broke

Thank for reaching out to us! I am confident that we can provide you with a replacement recommendation for your casement operator and hinge but I'll need to see a bit more information about both parts to identify them.
To start, I'll need to see a photo of the base of the operator and clearer photo of the arm.
Regarding the hinges, I will need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the window sill.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have.

The only piece of information I'll need for you to confirm is the length of the casement hinge track. This is installed directly to the window sill. I'll need to see this measurement written out because it is hard to see photos of the measuring tape. The measurement shown here is the length of the straight arm on your operator.
It looks like you may have a dual arm operator, however it is difficult to tell from the photos. I believe the replacement you'll need is the 39-342 Roto Dual Arm Casement Window Operator; the opposite handed version is the 39-341. To confirm that this is the right fit for your repairs, carefully look over the dimensions.
The black plastic piece at the end of the arm is the 39-541 Roto Casement Track Slider, which is sold separately from the operators.
Be sure to take a look at the other compatible hardware and accessories tagged below.

Thanks for confirming. We do not have a hinge with a 12" sill track but our 36-049 2-Bar Hinge Set may work; it features a 14" sill track. This hinge pair can be used for both the top and bottom hinge for left and right handed applications.
Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to determine if this might be a fit for your window.

I am confident the parts recommended to you are the correct replacements. The window operator is an exact replacement match for the operator in the photo; which is the 39-342.
The only part we did not provide you with a recommendation for is the stud bracket. Since yours appears to be in working condition, you may be able to reuse the one you have. However, we are bringing in the replacement for it in case you do need to replace it. Unfortunately, I do not have a lead time at this moment but I'll be sure to reach out to you once it is available on the website.
In regard to the hinge, as mentioned it is not an exact replacement for the hinge you have. The most notable difference is that the track installed to the sill is 2" longer. That being said, the 36-049 should work fine for your repairs, so long as you replace both the top and bottom hinges. Take a look at the video tutorial below for an idea on how to complete the installation.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
