Question

The part has a number 45352 on the bottom of the casting. The body is white and I believe it's a right hand xrank

It's tough to be sure based on a bottom view of the operator but take a look and compare the 39-221B to your assembly. We also offer the 39-220B opposite-handed version. See the 39-375 and 39-376 handle with cover kits used with these operators. Thanks for posting!
