Need proper mechanism to replace crank mechanism. Customer needs to be satisfied.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see a top-down photo of the operator with the window open so the arms that move the sash are fully visible. That will help us narrow down your options. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. We've related a few similar Encore style operators on this page for you to review. The determining factor would be the fitting at the end of the operator arm that connects to the sash frame. Each set uses the 39-375 and 39-376 handles with covers. Take a look and see what you think.
