Hi! This window crank appears to have a handle that is stripped. The handle will push the window out, but it won't retract it back in. Do you sell these parts and what should I buy to fix this? Thanks! Anil.

Hey Anil. When that gear pops out with the handle, I am afraid it means the entire handle set has broken down and should be replaced. See the 39-083 or 39-140. Depending on the wingspan, one of these operators should match what you have. For a new handle, see the 39-114L sold separately. Let me know if you have questions.
