Thanks for reaching out to us! We're happy to look into this. Can you confirm the diameter of the hole in the handle? It'd also be helpful to see the operator assembly. 

Emily is out of the office today, but I'll do my best to assist you. Unforutnately, we can't make out the diameter of the opening in your handle based on a photo. We'll need you to write out the exact diameter to narrow down your options. It would also help to see your entire operator with the window open so the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Identifying the operator will help us confirm which handles would be compatible. Thank you!
