Thanks for posting! The worm gear in the operator has become stripped, so you'll need to replace the entire mechanism. That piece is not sold separately and cannot be repaired once it becomes dislodged.

I believe you'll need the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator to complete the repairs. To confirm, carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them.
