Window crank

It looks like you need both an operator and a hinge. The operator looks like it might be an older version of our 39-329, but you'll need to carefully review its dimensions to verify. I suggest removing your old operator from the window entirely before you measure anything just to be sure. You never want to ID a part while it's still in the window since you never know if any important details are obscured.

Note that our operator is a more modern version that uses a "female" handle, rather than "male" like your original. I suggest the 39-232.

Regarding the hinge, see our 36-048 as a possible alternative. As long as the base track is the same size at 10" and as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then this should work fine on your window.
