This window operator can most likely be replaced with the 39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank. You'll need to compare the dimensions and the design of the operator base to confirm that this is the correct replacement for your repairs.

The sash bracket in the photo is the 39-530 LH Split Arm Sash Bracket. The right handed version is the 39-531. You'll find the compatible handles and cover tagged below.
