Window crank

Question

Window will crank out most times but on the return it comes in slightly and then the handle spins. The only indicator of manufacturer is the locking bracket which says TRUTH. I need a new handle, gear assembly and arm

Thanks for posting. It sounds like the window operator might need to be replaced. Based on the shape of the gear arm I think you have the 39-188 and 39-187 Dyad Operators. Just ensure the dimensions match what we show below. For a crank handle see the 39-114L
