Thanks for posting! Your window operator has become stripped. This is not something that can be repaired, so you'll need to replace the entire operator. I'm confident we can supply the replacement, I'll just need to see a photo of the whole mechanism.

Please provide clear a clear photo of the base, with the cover removed. I'll also need to see the operator with the window open to see the arm(s).
