Trying to match up this crank from back in 2001. Looks a lot like you 39-253LB except my white cover is affixed and does not come off. Original manufacturer was Truth Hardware #31876 stamped on bottom of one of the arms

Hello,
You have an older-style operator that is no longer available. As long as the specifications of the 39-253LB match yours, you can use it with the 39-529 slider and 39-375 handle with cover, which are sold separately. Thanks for posting!
