Hello! Thanks for posting. Did you just need the crank handle, or the entire operator?

If you just needed the handle, see the Andersen brand 39-267. If you needed the entire operator, then we need a clear photo of it out of the window in its entirety. Too many important details are obscured so long as it's installed.
