Window crank

Question

Just moved in. All windows have the attached crank, with 45054 imprinted on the inside, no other identifying names/numbers and nothing on the window component either. Want to replace the cranks only with a T-crank, same color, same screw whole size. Can you help?

Thanks for posting. Please see our 39-102 handle. Could this work for you? At this time it's only available in white or bronze. We could have it made up in beige, but I'm not sure if that's a match for what you have now. It's tough to make out.
