How do I get a replacement?

Thanks for posting. I think we might be able to help you replace this part, but I'm going to need a little more information. Could we see the entire operator, preferably removed from the window and with dimensions such as hole spacing and the length of the link arm? See the example below. This would help us identify a possible replacement. Let us know, thanks.
