Window crank-Truth

This window crank is from a older model Hurd window wood casement window. The arm on the window crank is approx. 1.50" from the end to the bent corner and about 10" on the longer straight arm to the slight bend on the arm.

On the window crank it says "Truth" stamped on the metal arm. Underneath the main bracket-on the bottom- it has the number: 45142 stamped. I am assuming this is the model number ?

Please advise on cost and if possible the closest color to the original color. Let me know if you want additional photos.
