Thanks for your post! Your window operator reminds me of the 39-094 Andersen Straight Arm Operator. The opposite version is the 39-095. You'll need to compare the dimensions below to confirm that it is the right replacement for the window.

It comes with a cover in a stone finish, so you'll need to swap them out. If you need to replace the cover, the 39-154 Andersen Operator Cover is available in a white finish. The compatible handle is the 39-286.
