Window crank arm replacement needed

Hi, we have a window crank arm that is not working (probably was opened too far) and needs replacing. I am attaching a photo. It looks to be a "split arm" and I only see 9 of these on your site - none of the ones on your site have the screws lined up the same way, so I am wondering if this is something else? Can you help us match this so we can order it? The window was made in Durham NC and is vinyl and probably 10 - 12 years old. The bar on the window is fine and even the crank is intact, it just seems to have skipped a gear and will not close.
