Window crank arm rusted

I have a small truth window in my shower it's 16 1/4 x 35 1/4. The crank and hardware is rusted shut. I can only find one part number 20810A. Please inform me on what parts I need to replace and I will send pictures.

Hi there!

The hardware shown in your photos looks like our 39-171 & 39-172 operators and 39-513 & 39-514 stud brackets. As for the hinge, take a look at our 36-048. Look over the dimensions for these parts and compare them with yours to see if they match up. Note, you will need to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

Hello thanks for your response.. dyad operator 39-171 looks like it might be the one I need but in your picture with the measurements you are showing the arm is 5" mine is measuring 4 1/2" or from hole to hole 4" so not sure if it will work ?

In that case, you have two options. You could move your sash bracket to compensate for the arm difference, or swap the arms altogether. This can be done by drilling out the new and old arms, then installing the old arm on the new operator using our 62-014 rivet. To install this rivet, you'll have to hammer it in; I recommend doing it over a metal plate, if you have one.
