Window crank assembly

Question

I need to replace my casement window assembly but can't find the right unit on your site. As you can see it has a small metallic wheel rather than the larger plastic wheel. I ordered the 39-031 back in august but it doesn't fit in the existing track. The replacement track, part number 39-505 will not fit on my window assembly.

I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't get our part to work. Honestly, our solution in these cases is usually to replace the track, but you said the 39-505 won't work for you. That is a problem. We don't have another solution, unfortunately. Can you go into more detail as to why the 39-505 won't work? Can you show me a picture of where the original track goes so that we can have a good idea of what you're working with?
