Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-239B operator, as well as the 39-451 cover and handle, to your original assembly. Thanks for posting!

Are the "Truth Operator cover and Handle #39-451" and the "Truth Folding Handle with cover #39-375" interchangeable for use with the "Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount #39-239B" assembly?

Correct, both the Truth and Encore handle with covers are compatible with the 39-239B awning operator. Thanks for posting.

Is it possible to order only the lid (cover)?
I only need the cover, for the Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount 39-239.
I do not need handle, since the handle is removable.

Moreover, during the submission, the "LOCAL POST OFFICE" does not work for Canada?

Unfortunately, we do not carry the cover separately for this operator assembly. The handle and cover kits recommended in this thread would be our best replacement options.
