Hello there. It looks like you need new window hinges. See if our 36-048 10" Hinge Set has dimensions that match your current window hinges. If so, be sure to replace both hinges in the window at once.
I think you might be looking at the operator arm. It's important to note that the operator and hinge set are two distinct and separate components in your window, they just install in the same general location. Based on your first post it looked like your hinge slide was broken, so that's what you should focus on. Our 36-048 won't be identical but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time I think it will work well.

Yep, that's right. the 36-048 comes with a top and bottom hinge. Some drilling may be necessary, so keep that in mind during installation. As for operator compatibility, I see no reason why that would be an issue. The hinge and operator don't connect in any way so you can continue to reuse it.
