Window crank casement needed

Thanks for posting! There is a chance we may be able to provide you with a replacement for this window operator. Although, I'm afraid I cannot narrow down the correct replacement based on the photo of the base alone. 

I'll need to see a photo of the operator arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash. You will need to open the window to obtain this photo.
