Window crank cover

Someone has tried to pry off the cover causing the gears to malfunction. is this cover removable? The only markings are on the arms, TRUTH and 21550

The outer arm is only 4" long

Hello, thank you for posting. No, these covers are not meant to be removed. I'm not sure why someone would try to pop them off either! You will likely need to replace the whole operator. Have you seen our 39-318? This looks like a very close match. See if you agree.
