Sure thing! Take a look at our 39-545 and 39-546. These are the stud brackets designed to go with the operator I suggested previously.

Does this part require a retainer ring on any kind and if so what do you recommend

No, these work much the same as your original. The arm just snaps onto the peg. It may not seem like a secure fit, but pressure from the window will keep it in place during operation.
