Hello,

It looks like the worm gear that your handle attaches to broke off of the base, which means that the entire assembly will need to be replaced. It's hard to be of what you need sure since the end of the link arm is not visible in your photos but I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-329 and 39-330 Roto operators to your assembly. Take a look and let us know if you notice any discrepancies. Thank you!
