I can't find a match for this crank. All the ones that look similar don't have the nylon wheel at the end of arm

Thanks for writing in! We do not currently have an exact replacement match for this operator but we are taking a look into this to see if it still might be available. May I see a photo of how this operator installs in the window?

Please also show us a photo of the track the wheel fits into and where the track is installed on the sash.

Thanks for your patience. We were not able to find the direct replacement for this window operator but the 39-484 Encore Dual Arm Operator should work well to repair it (the opposite version is the 39-485. This operator does not come with a cover and handle so you'll need either the 39-375 (folding) or the 39-451 cover kits.

You'll also need the 39-528 14-1/2" Casement Track and the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider.
