We are in need of a A few window cranks for these windows I had purchased something earlier from you guys, but it was the wrong part.

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we'll need to see the entire operator to determine which handles would be compatible. If you could open the window so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible, we can go from there. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator resembles the 39-220B at first glance, which uses the 39-376 handle with cover. We also offer the 39-221B opposite-handed version used with the 39-375. Review the specifications below to confirm.
