Are you in need of a full new operator crank mechanism or just a handle? 

For a new crank handle, we will need to see the piece removed from the operator spline or hex to confirm the overall style. You should be able to remove this handle piece by unscrewing the set screw.

If it is not coming off, please open the window where we can see the arms. With the window unlocked, you should be able to push the sash open to expose the arms. From there we can determine the right fit for your window. We would need to see the arms either way if you need the full crank mechanism. Thank you!
