Window crank handle

Hello. I need to replace these and a Swisscom rep suggested I order 39-114L. They did not work. Do you have another suggestion? None of the hardware stores have cranks that fit, either. Are they Anderson windows? I can't find any name in them. Thanks for your help.

At first glance, our 39-148 crank handle shows some resemblance. Take a look. Do you agree? Let us know.
