Window crank hardware

I have two Owens Corning casement windows where gears are stripped and cannot operate window with crank. I would like 4 of the full components as I have 2 other windows. Please let me know questions. Hopefully you can read label with model number and other information.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Thank you!
