Thanks for your post! This window operator is a match for the 39-330 RH Inverted Split Arm ROTO Operator. The link arm is connected to the sash using the 39-553 Roto Sash Bracket.

The opposite versions of these parts can be found tagged below. Both operators use the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle.
