Window crank has DIP DASHWOOD stamped on handle

Window handles. Need to replace 5 of these, some just spin and some are stuck and won't spin at all. Is this the whole assembly that opens the window or are there more parts? What's the cost per unit?

It sounds like the operator itself might be what you need, not the handles. There are good odds we can help, but I will need a clear photo of the entire crank operator removed from the window and shown without obstruction so that we can get a better look at it. Let me know if that's possible and we can work from there.
