Window crank internals completely shot

Hello there. Some Simonton Windows have been known to use our 39-221 Dyad Operator, but I can by no means say this is what you need for sure. Please open the window to compare the split-arm shape and dimensions, and if it differs, please show me a picture of your operator's split-arm. I'll then try to find something better.
