Window crank is stripped - likely needs replacement

Hello,
We have a few windows all with the same problem - the crank is stripped. It will open the window, but it can't close the window.
It looks like it's TRUTH brand (the symbols on the arms). Hopefully the attached pictures show the pertinent numbers needed. One of the arms has the number 40011, and the other arm has the number 40012.
