Window crank mechanism

Question

I am looking for a replacement of the pictured mechanism.    It slips and I believe it is worn out or damaged in the inside.  I changed cranks and that did not solve the problem.    Do you know if I can find one ?

Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like your operator may be stripped. Can you open the window and show us a clear and full view of the operator's arms? That will allow us to narrow down your options.
