Hello I need parts for this window. Can you identify the maker by these pictures? I need the scissors opening mechanisms

Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. I can't be certain of the lock when it's installed but the 38-036 comes to mind. I recommend you remove yours to see if the specifications align.
As for the operator, can you open the window and show us a photo of the arms that move the sash?

The crank mechanism has separated from the window and is bent

Your awning operator can be replace with either the 39-083 or the 39-140 Dual Arm Crank. Be sure to confirm the wingspan measurement of the operator to determine which of these is the right replacement.
