Window crank not functioning

Home Owner from Wi
The crack in my window stopped working. The part looks like it's been stripped and it just won't grip. I can turn the crank but nothing happens. Looking for a replacement part.

Hello there. When that worm gear pops out with the operator, it means the entire operator has broken down and should be replaced. Can you open the window and show us the entire mechanism, including the arm(s) that move the window, from a bird's eye perspective? We'll do our best to help from there.

Thanks for getting back to me. It looks to me like you might have the 39-348 Awning Operator. Review to confirm. For a new handle, see the 39-205 sold separately. If you need to replace the shoe studs and track, see the 36-078 and 36-078B.
