Window crank opener

Question

Will crank open, but will not crank back closed. The crank arm spins back out when trhying to close.
I beleive the brand = "Truth"

Thanks for posting. This might be the 39-032 Dual-Arm Operator. Just make sure the dimensions match what we show below. For a new crank and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
