Window crank operator

Hi, we need replacement window crank operators. The windows are very old, installed in 2001 and 2002 in our shore house property. Two of the cranks are not working at all and the other ones should probably be replaced also. Are you able to help identify the crank operator style we need. IT looks like #39-188 or 39-090 but we are not sure. We will need the hinges/tracking too since they are rusted and broken

Thank you for waiting! The 39-090 and 39-089 look like matches for your old assembly. You'll just want to confirm the specifications align. If you need the bracket, see the 39-508. We also have the 36-048 hinge set, but note that you'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware.

Thank you so much for your help. We are going to order a right crank set up and a left crank set up and try working on one window to see if we can do it. If we can then we will order new sets for the other 9 windows in the house
