I'm having a little trouble finding this operator. Before I go any further, may I ask you to take a picture showing the bottom two installation holes? This is one of the key features of this type of part and I can't fully make yours out. Hopefully that will narrow down the list of possible replacements. Thanks!

Thank you. That's a huge help. The best match I was able to find in our inventory was the 39-060, though your dimensions don't line up with ours precisely. I recommend reviewing our dimensions just to see if you could get this to work anyway.
